Jose Luis Macias Sr. is the founder of the company and has over 25 years of experience in the construction Industry. His credentials include design and development of machinery for the construction industry, research & development of green construction materials and over 20 years of management experience as a General Contractor. His credentials and projects have made him the recipient of an award for technology & innovation in the construction industry and is currently using his extensive knowledge to the benefit of our customers. He is currently in pursuit of various patents for industrial equipment and innovative green construction materials.

Antonio Macias 

President and Managing Principal

 

Antonio is a Civil Engineer with a postgraduate degree in urban planning and development. His strong commitment to customer service, project management, excellence is evidenced by his personal involvement and coordination of every project undertaken by Macias Constructions. With over 11 years of experience in Project Development and Civil Engineering Projects, he personally coordinates and supervises every project to ensure work is performed on time and within budget. His credentials include Lead Construction Engineer for Construction of Industrial Corridors and Housing Complexes, Senior Project Manager for Various International Projects, Design Engineer and his current role of Managing Principal.

Luis is an Industrial Engineer with a specialization in Logistics. He has over 15 years of managerial experience in the Aerospace, Oil & Gas and Construction Industry and specializes in developing effective teams and processes to gain maximum efficiency. Versed in continuous improvement and Lean Principles he has had extensive exposure to World Class Organizations and brings his wealth of knowledge to the company to ensure we constantly evolve with the needs of the market to deliver the best possible product to our customers.

Juan Luis Benjume

Site Superintendent

 

Mr. Benjume has over 15 years of hands-on experience working in all aspects of commercial and residential construction and over l0 years of industry experience directing full scope construction projects that include new building and renovation projects. He has a strong background in supervision of large complex projects and possesses in-depth knowledge of building practices and regulatory compliance specifications. Juan’s excellent leadership, communication and relationship building skills ensure we work effectively with engineers, architects, client representatives, building officials, contractors, building managers, inspectors and other industry professionals. Juan works jointly with clients to review job progress and address any outstanding issues that may exist by providing the highest level of service to clients. His exceptional work has earned him frequent commendations.

Site Foreman

Mr. Solares has over 10 years of hands-on experience working and residential construction and over 5 years assisting the superintendent with: material management, employees, making sure guidelines are respected, helping implement procedures, and ensuring coordination between crews and departments. Mr. Solares is known for his leadership, coaching abilities, proactivity and integrity.
